The leading registered architects and home designers whose residential home designs appear on this site are, for the most part, members of the American Institute of Building Design. Each plan meets nationally recognized building codes (either the Standard Building Code, Uniform Building Code or Basic Building Code) at the time they were drawn.
The second generation has now joined this house plan business. Architectural Designs is privately owned by Joel, Carol and Jon Davis.
